u used to eat like 3 a day on a restrictive 1500 calorie per day diet. I've since cut out all dairy (its extremely acidic to an adult human ) and eggs and I've lost 6 kilos eating now 2500 cals a day on a vegan diet :) go check insta #whatveganseat #veganfoodporn #rawvegandesserts etc and have your mind blown :)

If humans are designed to eat carbs don't go against nature- thats why people think they need to restrict and have weight issues. eat as nature intended and lots of it and you'll lose weight and have so full energy! carb the *kitten* up :)

dairy milk is terrible- humans can't absorb the calcium and it actually proven to leak calcium from bones. better get calcium from other sources like plants etc i use coco milk in my coffee and add some to the water i cook my oats in.... and almond milk in my cold cereals/baking and soya milk for overnight oats :)

go plant based and you will never calorie restrict again! I've gone from 1200 calories to 2200 and I've lost weight even and maintained 47 kilo for a year and a half now. now i add 2 tsp coconut sugar and 50ml coconut milk to my coffee.. YUM !! its 75 calories and i have like 3 a day :)

cacao is the raw form of cocoa and its got a lot of nutrition!!! lots of magnesium , more calcium then cows milk, more antioxidants than blueberries and more!! its not junk its a natural plant thats been unprocessed xxx
