I have been doing 3 meals and 2 snacks since January and have been successful at maintaining a 37 lb loss

I'm 5' 6" and have been maintaining at 125-127 after losing 37 lbs. I am in a size 4-6 and feel like this is where I should be. I'm not bony or emaciated looking. I am soft tho and need to tone up

4oz ground buffalo patty on a whole grain thin, Walla Walla sweet onion and tomato and green salad on the side with Olive Garden light dressing.

Yes the first couple weeks are water weight. I would do what your doing for a couple more weeks and then make adjustments after that.

I am pretty new to MFP and the one thing that stands out loud and clear are peoples opinions. Everyone is very passionate about what is wrong or right. I read a lot but don't post much because of how quick the negativity begins. I did Nutrisystem because I needed to lose about 35 lbs. It worked, I am eating on my own now…

That's aweome! I also went from a very tight 12 to a 4. I lost 37 lbs since January. I am 5' 51/2" and now weigh 125 and I am 51 yrs old! Its is exciting. At my age I thought this was it but its not it. Its what I make it! Way to go!

I went cold turkey off starbucks NF mocha w 2 pumps hazelnut and alcohol. I now have alcohol a couple times per week since maintaining now

I eat Kashi Go Lean Crunch Vanilla Almond Flax. It has 8g fiber and 9 g protein with Siggis yogurt which has 15g protein

I lost my weight by eating several small meals per day and watching calories. 1 meal per day would be really hard. Doesn't sound like a good plan to me. JMO

While doing NS I logged all foods on MFP and was always under the sodium allowance according to MFP

I have been doing NS for 5 months and am at the last few days of food. I have been transitioning off their foods for a few weeks now. I am maintaining now after losing 37 lbs. When I know we are going somewhere specific, I go to the website and look at the menu and nutritional info and choose what I am having before I even go. Its all there
