I'm 5'6. It was 115, but I"m 118 now and more focused on body recomp. Basically I don't care if I never get to 115, I just want to look better.

It sort of comes down to personal preference. I think a lot of it has to do with bf% too. I'm 5'6" I started at 183, got down to 128 (which looked wayyy to skinny/sickly on me for my liking) now I'm around 158, trying to slowly lose 5-10 pounds.

At 5 feet 5.5 inches I'm close to your height. I've weighed everywhere from 113 (during a bout of ED) all the way up to 166. My goal right now is 130.

I'm 5' 5.5" and goal is 125; we'll see how I feel about things at 130. I want a flat tummy and toned arms, if I have the body I want, I care less about the scale. I was around 130 in high school and still felt a little chubby. May decide to push for 115, but will see how it goes.

Edit for additional info: SW (max): 187; CW: 152; GW: 125

I'm 5'6" and my goal is a better shape more than a weight. I'm currently at 126 and know I still have some inches to loose in some very specific areas. At the same time I closely monitor my intake, I am doing a lot more strength training to tone rather than busting my bum doing cardio to have flappy skin after losing over 20 lbs.
  • I'm 5'6 and currently 158lbs. Want to get down to 135 :)

I'm 5'5.5 or 5'6 depending on who measures me. My goal is currently 130/135. I weighed this much after having my son (who is 6) and when I married my husband (3 years ago) and I'm currently at 150 (hanging on to baby weight from my daughter), but started losing at 183.

130 is my ultimate goal, because I know I was happy with my body at that weight before. BUT, if I get to 135/140 and am happy with myself, I'll stay there!

    I'm 5'6 with a SW of 210, a CW of 145, and a GW (for now) of 140.

I'm 166 cm and my goal weight is 65 kg (or +- 144 lbs). At least it is for now. I haven't been there in for ever, so I have no idea what I'll look like. If I'm happy at that weight, I'll stop there. If not, I'll probably set small goals from there and see where I end up=)

I'd love to get down to 135-138. I'm currently at 145 and even though my arms and legs are super toned, my tummy just can't seem to catch up.

I'm 5'6" and my goal is 135 but I'll go by bf% once I'm 140-145ish. I'm 152 right now but lifting makes it look a lot better than it did before so I'll have to see after I drop every 5

Goal weight for me is 143. I came up with that based on figuring where I would be after losing 10% of my body weight 4 times (it sounded good at the time, lol).

I'm 5' 6" and have been maintaining at 125-127 after losing 37 lbs. I am in a size 4-6 and feel like this is where I should be. I'm not bony or emaciated looking. I am soft tho and need to tone up

I'm 5'6, my initial goal is 150 but I will reevaluate once I get near that weight. 135 would be my minimum if I chose to go lower, I'm a curvy girl by nature so less than that just does not suit me.
  • I'm 5'6 at 130lbs. I just want to lose ten pounds to get down to 120lbs. 130lbs doesn't seem like much, but I've got this gut that I'd really like to be gone. Women especially seem to carry weight right around the middle it seems.

My ideal would be the midrange healthy BMI which puts me around 130. I don't know how realistic it is because I like having a bit of muscle. I'm aiming at 130. Once I get close I can re-evaluate that.

My first goal is 160. It really depends on your frame too, I am large framed so I think that would be a good goal. If I feel that I need to lose more than I will. Right now I just want to be under 200.

The last time I was in the 120s or 30s I was in middle school. Even when I was playing intensive club volleyball with conditioning and weight training, I was always at around 160-170 and a size 8-10. Part of that I'm sure was that I was a teenager with terrible eating habits and going through puberty, but honestly I've always been larger so I'm not sure if lower than 150 will even look good on me. After I hit 150 ish, it will probably be more of a pants size goal, with strength training to get smaller but not necessarily lighter. Of course thats a year+ away.

5'6" and I bounce around a bit - but I'm around 145lb. I'd like to see the 130s but as my body fat is already 21% at 145, I may have to work harder than I want to in order to see it. Wearing a size 4, pretty dang fit and capable, and my stomach is flat as a board, so I'm not making myself crazy over the scale.

I'm 5'6 and currently 160lbs. Last year I got as low as 147lbs, and felt great, but was not able to sustain it. I would like to get to around 150-155.

Starting weight was 199, goal weight is 145 (currently at 154). My doctor is happy with me floating from 150-155. It really depends on your build. I have a medium build. I am plenty lean everywhere except my tummy, where all my fat seems to congregate. Everyone's body shape and bone structure is different, so you have to go with what feels good to you. Remember too that as you gain muscle mass, you may not see the scale change but you will be losing inches. My doctor tells me over and over to quit fixating on the number on the scale, and just focus on staying active and putting quality food in my body.

I would love to get down to 135 but realistically I'll probably stop at 160. I'm trying to lose just over half of my body so I know it will probably get to a point where I can be a higher weight and comfortable in my skin or I can reach my goal of 135 and need surgery to remove excess skin.
