On Emergency business trip until 5/25. This will definately put a damper on food, exercise, and my weigh in. I'm gonna try my best though. Carry on with the great work your doing!!

I got in 80 mins of walking today. It was a beautiful day!! Now I am all caught up on that hour I missed Monday. : )

Great job girls! I managed to make up a little for yesterday got in 1 hr 40 min walk. That sure makes me feel better.
