  • My name is Katelynn, 21. I want to lose 5-10 pounds during February. I have weighed in the same for the past 3 weeks and have been working my *kitten* off. I start training for my half marathon the second week of February. My 2nd goal is to stick to my training plan.

  • I am 5'1 and I have a lot of muscle, but have put on some pounds since college. my goal is to be between 125 and 130 and see how I feel there. Don't make a "unrealstic" goal weight. I'd say pick a weight a little higher and see how you feel. if you feel like you can loes more than make another goal afterwards.

  • stretch jeans might be really helpful for you. i use to be a 3/4 and am working my way back down into my old jeans. i have one pair from old navy that fit amazing. other then that i get my jeans at a store called buckle and its spendy but they have a lifetime warranty and they are all the most comfortable jeans i own.
  • carrying snacks around has always helped me, so then if i get hungry i always have a healthy snack to eat. granola bars, almonds, a piece of fruit.
