Hi everyone my name is tina im 21 i decided i needed to do something i am very overweight and dont have much of support team also i always thought of dieting hard because as we are low income i dont make dinners because my mothers boyfriend acts as he owns the kitchen and the food in it. Every dinner or food that is made is home made, i eat more because dinners like the only time i can eat does anyone have any suggestions?

carrying snacks around has always helped me, so then if i get hungry i always have a healthy snack to eat. granola bars, almonds, a piece of fruit.0
