I need help figuring this out!

I can barely run because I have bad ankles, and slight asthma. Does anyone know some exercises I can do at home that won't stress my ankles but will still help me build my leg muscles? And I need a workout that doesn't involve push ups or weights to help build my biceps and triceps. I'm also trying to slim my waist but have no clue how. I need exercises that I'll get results fast.
AND I need some ideas of what to eat in the morning that will energize me, but isn't big. I can't eat in the morning and I prefer liquids.
I know I need a lot, but I'm new to this whole diet and weight loss thing. :glasses:

I can't help much on the exercises becuse I run and go to the gym to workout, but if you prefer liquids and can't really eat smoothies are a good option. They are easy to make and you can find simple recipes if you google them. Yoplait also has smoothies that you can buy in a bag in the frozen food section and you just add milk.0
