I just started c25k for the 2nd time today. The first time I finished but did nothing after. I had to do the program with 2 days in between each run bc my knees hurt. It took me a little longer that way but helped a lot. I don't know if that would help with your cramping?

I realized I was an alcoholic and quit drinking...then I thought why stop there...might as well get fit too. Exercising and trying to eat healthy has really give me something to concentrate on and has helped me with my recovery!

I just hate my first night back bc I'm usually up 20 hours...so I tend to overeat that day...sucks! Coffee in my friend on those night.s...one for the appetite suppressant and 2 for the energy!

I work nights so I do the same kind of thing...and with exercise also....and like last Sunday I splurged bc I had extra calories from the whole week! I don't think its cheating!

Classic grilled chicken sandwich meal...I get a free meal once a week...if I didn't I probably wouldn't eat there. No mayo, only eat half the fries and a black coffee! 530 calories!
