I have elimated breads, pasta, rice, processed junk, corn, peas, beans ... and I am down 27 lbs. I honestly don't count calories or carbs. Do a high carb day! And then back to what you normally do. Eat a pizza .. trick your body .. and sometimes that will "reset" it and get it moving!

I have 3 kids still at home, 3 are moved out. And its always a tight budget for many years. I stick to proteins, and veggies. If you stay away from the processed foods ( snack foods - chips, granola bars ect) and stick to the basics it can be done on a tight budget. :) Once you find your groove it will be a piece of cake!…

I am not sure that eating no sodium is actually possible. Almost everything has some amount of sodium in it. I may be wrong, but if you were to try no sodium I think you would be stuck drinking water for a week lol. I try to keep my sodium lower, so that I don't retain water, but I need some salt to keep things in balance,…
