Good luck with the walking. I'm trying to increase my exercise aswell. I'm just aiming for at least 60min a day. So far I've been doing it by walking and riding a bike.

I was experiencing heartburn along with other symptoms such as nausea, bloating, pain in my chest and at times my back. After visiting my doctor mine ended up being diagnosed as a hiatal hernia aswell as h pylori bacteria which is a cause of stomach ulcers. I had shin splits it took me ages to recover, the Physio thought I might of actually had little hair line fractures. My face has been swelling due to allergies.. especially around the eyes. If I eat to much of some foods I wake up with a fat face, though in my case I think its fluid.
