I actually somewhat agree. I eat completely healthy and lose little. But when I eat junk one day a week I lose a lot more weight. It's crazy but it works

I started out with smaller breasts. Now after 31 lbs they shrank even more. -_- sigh. So for me that is a reality. My weight loss fears is gaining weight back after losing it.

I'm shaped weird. I've got 20 inch thighs but a huge waist.... I'm 5'6. I carry all my weight in upper body...makes me look really weird haha.

When you fall off the wagon chalk it up as a loss and move on. We are all human we all eat stuff we are not supposed too. Just make sure to do good the rest of the week :-)... Breathe, it's ok just get back on track.

Yes it's ok to treat yourself for sure. If you don't your body will crave more and more and you will end up binging and really adding calories. Letting yourself have little amounts here and there is good for your body. It regulates and lessens cravings and binges :-).

Too late for me!!! I gave in and ate Oreos and white chocolate chips....darn period and hormones messing with me. Lol. I tried to control the amount somewhat. Now I feel stuffed and sick. Bleh.
