i like classes, i find i work out well by myself, but push harder in a class. you can get to know people after a while too! try some different ones, you have more chance of finding stuff you like. which ever way you go, the more often you go - like 3 times a week if you can, the fitter you will get and you will feel going…

my gym has a sauna - nothing better then a good work out class then alternating between a cool shower and a sauna a couple of times! It's that feeling of exhaustion and freshness all at the same time!

heaviest weight was 113kg a few years ago. Now, at 42, i'm loosing weight again. Down 15kg since october 2013 to 92kg. That makes me the lightest i've been in my adult life!!! Thanks to MFP, the last 9kg in the last 8 weeks. Feeling great!!!

a downside might be that these foods are energy dense!?!?!? less volume, more energy. so . . . while being in intake deficit is the key, you might find you get hungry because your stomach isn't as full!?!?!?!?
