well done! Keep at it and I will too! I'm 23 pounds from being overweight. I started at 322 pounds.

Well done!

today is my 367th consecutive day on MFP - feel free to add me if you like :)

I agree, just have coffee in some form without all the extra stuff. I like a Venti Americano (25 calories), cold. I do use Splenda (0 calories) and about an ounce of half and half (40 calories). It's 4 shots espresso and then ice and water, made nice and creamy with the half and half. You could add a bit of non fat milk…

You look awesome and I bet you feel even better!! Happy Birthday! Today is my birthday and I'm 41 pounds lighter than last year on my birthday - win win win! We are already winners :)

I went from an 11W to a regular 10

Terrific progress! You are an inspiration to us all!

you can do this! you have a great motivation and a plan :)

I tell myself that kind of thinking got me to 322 pounds in the first place and if I want to go right back up there I can lay in bed. Then I get my fanny out of bed ;)

What a tremendous accomplishment!! Congrats on your hard work :)

I have an adult male cat who is going to be 13 this summer. When I "met" him (he was originally my husband's cat) Boo was about 20 pounds, living indoors, being free fed dry cat food. There was one other cat in the household, an elderly female, also free fed dry food. Eventually we moved an the elder cat passed away. Boo…

I use a BodyMedia Fit LINK armband and currently burn between 485 to 510 in a 50 minute class. I love my Zumba!

several things motivate me: realizing if i keep doing things the same way I always have I'll never move forward; getting off my blood pressure med (down to the lowest dose possible so it's in the future!); a neck lift and tummy tuck when I get to and remain at my goal weight for a minimum of three months; adding healthier…

that right there is the most awesome thing!! Well done!! You keep doing what you're doing for yourself because IT WORKS!!

I've noticed a pattern in my weight loss over the last 8 months - lose a 2-4 pounds (usually over 2-3 weeks), don't lose anything for 2-4 weeks, lose, don't lose, lose, etc. I am losing inches all the while though and going down in sizes. Honestly the best thing I did for myself was buy a BodyMediaFit armband to tell me…

Your dedication is paying off in a good big way! Congrats on your successes!

I love Zumba and have been doing classes since last August. Don't worry about being a klutz, everyone starts at the beginning! I think learning the foot moves first is better, then worry about adding arms. Ask your instructor if you get stuck, they can help you :) I drink a 32 oz bottle in my 50 minute class. Definitely…

this is a great post!! thanks for the reminders ;)

I love me some Zumba!! I started at the end of August 2012 with 2 nights a week, then switched to 3 mornings a week after a short while, and starting this month I do class 3 mornings a week and Zumba Fitness 2 for the Wii at home 2 mornings a week. It's fun, it keeps me moving and I definitely have seen a result myself and…

Feel free to add me! I need all the motivation I can get :) I lost 137 lbs about 5 years ago and have regained 61, but lost 29.5 of that regain since May 2012. I've been stuck since Thanksgiving and it's time to shake it loose.

your hard work pays off! congrats :)

Well done!! You should be EXTREMELY proud of your hard work, you look amazing!

Congratulations on your weight loss! I'm no expert but a few suggestions - reevaluate your calorie needs based on your current weight/activity level. If you've been at 1500 cals consistently throughout your loss it may be time to change your intake amount. Check your carb level as the previous poster suggested. Are you…

thanks for this answer. I've been struggling not losing after finally adding cardio exercise to my life (and loving it!), so I tweaked the calories here and there and so far the last two weeks are good so I'll wait and keep doing what I'm doing!

completely and utterly fantastic! You have determination and strength. Well done!

From the BodyMediaFit Facebook page this morning: If you haven't already heard, we are now partnered with MyFitnessPal! Your calorie burn from BodyMedia will appear in your profile on MyFitnessPal, and the food logging you do on their site will show up in your Activity Manager! *Be sure to have both a BodyMedia Armband and…

You can add me, my diary is open and I am at 1250 a day.

I also suggest peanut or almond butter - definitely not not the processed sugary kind ;) You need to add some good fat and good protein to keep your engine burning fuel and get back to the 1200 calorie threshold. I like a bit of avocado or olive oil for good fats. You could also add a good quality protein beverage - i love…

I have a Venti Americano iced (25 calories) or hot (20 calories) and put in my own half and half (39 calories per ounce) Of course I can't do that if I drive thru, so I avoid the drive thru, but if you can't then I would err on the high side and assume they are putting in at least 2 ounces.

Hi. I am sorry you had something happen that caused you to not be able to walk again. Congratulations on your weight loss - I know from personal experience what a hard road it is. My niece is in a wheelchair and she does many exercises, including some in a pool. If you google "wheelchair exercises" you will find many…
