Looking for newer friends preferably older in the age group of 25+ years older or plus and with open food journals. My MFP friends pretty became inactive and I decided to come back and so far I'm on a 29-day streak! This is probably the longest I've ever committed to something regarding diet.

I eat a lot of high protein and least sugar food. I find protein shakes keep me full.

I find when I'm having a craving like this I have a small piece of cheese the craving subsides for me. Also make a home made burger a lot less calories.

I try to create food, not use the one in the search because I found some are grossly inaccurate, and if I had a scale I would weigh everything to make sure its proper portion, also check if you have a thyroid problem, or diabetes, or any sort of underlying medical issue. Also maybe your maintenance is wrong, I would not…

Simple answer is no then? Whats with the useless posts that do not pertain the question? Also your body doesn't lose lean muscle mass from one day. It will use the energy storage which is fat, simple.

Try weighing yourself later on in the day. Weight is known to fluctuate, also when weighing always wear similar clothes you weighed yourself previously.

There must be a weigh for example like those people who literally weigh a tonne. They lose weight from simply dieting. There must be a way.
