You most assuredly can lose that weight! You just take one day at a time. Set REASONABLE goals. Be patient. You don't have to do it all in 6 months! If all you can do is a little walking, thats GOOD. Over 30 pounds in 16 WEEKS???!!! I'd be DELERIOUSLY happy! To be able to lose an average of 8 pounds a month is HIGHLY successful! Most only achieve 4 at best!

I fluctuate between 2 to 5 pounds a day. I weigh in once a week now.

Maybe its time to change your food choices as well as mixing up your exercize. I find if I eat at least 1/3 or more of the daily intake in the morning, i am not hungry in the evening, temptation time.

It may be slower losing weight after 50, but not at all impossible. Our problem is increased appetite and less energy. We don't absorb vitamines as well, so less energy, and greater appetite. After checking achievable loss per week, 5 pounds is about 2 kilos a month, 500 grams a week (about a pound) yeah, thats do- able.

Definitely possible anorexia. But no worries! You can get control again, and you can have a normal metabolism! Anorexia counsel will help you. It IS do- able!
