I've actually lost 9 pounds this month! I was 319 and am now 310 (I check on the first of every month) so I might lose some more before then!0

I weighed too soon! For some reason I felt compelled to weigh again this morning and I was shocked. More weight down! I must have been holding on to some sodium or something. So I’m updating mine to today!

Spent a glorious 4 day weekend swimming, boating and hiking at our lake, felt amazing to be able to keep up and have the energy to go full speed all weekend!! Hit my goal for the month and am only 1.4 from my ultimate goal! Keep it up, everyone, the rewards are great!!
