    Saw your post about a shake at night. Ever try Almond Milk? I finally did this past week, after thinking it must be gross. Now, I have one every day blended with some fruit (frozen makes the best) and I figure I'm getting my fruit too along with less calories than milk!

    Ok, I did April's challenge and lost 7 pounds. Another 7 would be excellent, but I'm aiming for 5.

    Last week was rough; I only had 2 days where I was under my calorie goal. This week, Monday thru Thursday have been excellent. This weekend will probably be a little rough calorie wise, but I'll do my best. I've changed my weigh ins, because the weekends are always rough for me. But, I've gone 4 days without bingeing, so I'm happy about that.

    Ok i'm a bit late but i'll give it a shot since i weigh daily! Too many fluctuations but the weight eventually comes off. I set mini goals to keep me motivated. Now i need you guys!

    I'm losing slower than I hoped, which is expected. Exams have had me reaching for junk crap most days, but at least I'm not gaining. Also considering I had McDonald's last night I'm still happy.

    My Struggle this week has been trying to overcome periods of grief. I just want to sit down and give up and eat evrything comforting! Then I think about my Step daughter,Lisa, and I get back up and move and make myself do it.

    My Inspirations this week has been my Mfp friends.. I Have some on there that have made tremendous life changes,they give me the motivation to keep doing my best every day!
