thanks, i have 34.5 inch waist lol. calculator you gave me said it has to be 32" to be ideal. with measuring tape its 34.5" but i wear size 32 pants (wearing at navel) and are a bit loose IMO. I think im just obssesed with measuring myself.

I want to maintain. I measure ALL my food, even spices. Im always in a carb surplus in my macros, I always reach protwin goal and stay very low on fat.

I weighted myself today and lost like 6 pounds in 1 1/2 week... idk whats wrong. Im sure I burn 700 calories due to my HRM, but i think its still more because consuming 3000 calories daily is supposed to be maintenance but im losing weight...

Lol btw Im eating like 3000 calories daily, and with lightly active im eating 3300.

Everybody I just did the test. And well using sedentary setting and eating ALL my exercise calories back I lost 6 pounds in a week .... I know wtf??? (From 170- 164.1 pounds) well in about a week and a half tbh... i just put it back to lightly active to see if I can maintain there. BTW i wanna weight 165 pounds steadily.

moderate elliptical trainer and HIIT every 10 mins... and i weight 170 lbs. 6 ft 4 inches

i did my entry myself using HMR thats why I put 600 per hour... hence 700 per 70 minutes. I do HIIT every ten minutes 1 minute at peak heart rate.

Can i work with what MFP says? To be honest I cant stop logging stuff on MFP so thats sort of my "lifestyle" now. Should I use the 21 day range or the online calculators?

My concern is weight gain, I'm just afraid of getting too much weight since I was obese. I'll try to do HIIT, the least I want is to get body fat. I want muscle mass but no body fat.

I know I have cut a lot of it in my weight loss... I just need to readjust my eating habits and I need my bf % for calories... I'm trying to get lbm I workout everyday 60 min cardio 20 min moderate weight lifting and walk 7500 steps excluding exercise. But without enough calories I seem to have lost lots of my lbm ... /:
