I dont log in exercise, but I do 60 minute cardio with 8 minute HIIT 7 days a week, and weight lifting 25 minutes 7 days a week. I also go to college and walk aprox. 5 km. I sleep 4 to 6 hours. Which activity level should I put on my fitness goal. I want to maintain btw.

I don't recall how many separate activity designations MFP has. You sound active to me, so don't use sedentary or lightly active. If there is a category above active, try that and if you find that it isn't working for you, then reduce it to active.0

Or go here and fill out the form. But by using your TDEE you don't eat back exercise calories.
