Can i log my calories wweekly and still be on goal? eg. goal is 3000 calories daily, but eating 3500 one day and restricting the other day with 2500?

should i eat my exercise calories back?? i calculated my exercise and I burn 600 calories per hour (MFP says its 783). I use that calculation, so do I eat them back ?

i have tried several online calculators including MFP and in average I have a TDEE of 3000 calories a day... so to maintain i will eat that and track my weight for more accuracy

I dont log in exercise, but I do 60 minute cardio with 8 minute HIIT 7 days a week, and weight lifting 25 minutes 7 days a week. I also go to college and walk aprox. 5 km. I sleep 4 to 6 hours. Which activity level should I put on my fitness goal. I want to maintain btw.
