Can i log my calories wweekly and still be on goal?
eg. goal is 3000 calories daily, but eating 3500 one day and restricting the other day with 2500?

Absolutely. I always look at weekly calories.
I've been doing it this way since December. No problems.0 -
I personally think weekly is a more attainable goal than daily calories. Some days you just need to eat more, and some days you might not be as hungry.0

I completely agree. I sometimes miss my daily goal but always hit my weekly goal. It just has to average out.0
