what should my body measurements be? (waist, hip, chest, shoulders, neck) not for body builder or bony... i want average measurements please =)

height... 6 feet 3.6 inches (192 cm)

weight... 165 lbs (75 kg)

20 years old

    Honestly it depends - EVERYONE is different. What's your BF%? What is your build/body type? There is no perfect or right measurement, you go for what YOU feel are the right measurements.

    Here's a rtool you can use if you want ballpark numbers for you specifically but honestly...If you want say a 34-inch waist, you get to 37-36 and you feel it's the right size for you then your ideal measurement is the 37-36 waist range and so on

    thanks, i have 34.5 inch waist lol.

    calculator you gave me said it has to be 32" to be ideal.

    with measuring tape its 34.5" but i wear size 32 pants (wearing at navel) and are a bit loose IMO.

    I think im just obssesed with measuring myself.
