  • I did Atkins a few years ago and it worked! Loved it! After my divorce and a job change, I now have approximately 30 lbs to loose. I am starting back on Atkins and incorporating more exercise.   • I am currently a Paralegal but I am going back to school to become a PTA/PA. I am 43 and I just knew this is not what I want to do for the rest of my life...pushing paper, contracts, etc. I love working with people and helping people. I'm looking forward to the change! :happy:

  • Subtract the grams of fiber from the grams of carbs and then you have the net carbs. Higher the fiber, the better! Hope this helps!
