My favorite is........ "how are things with your new diet? "going well, I have lost 3.9lbs in two weeks" "Oh! That's just water" Really? I have been on a diuretic since I was 21 years old and weighed 135lbs. I don't think so but if it is, I'm happy it's gone and hope more goes with it. lol

My brother sets up routines like having a cup or two before he goes to the bathroom or before he eats and while he eats. I just keep a water bottle with me. I am a water bottle nut and my husband rolls his eyes everytime I get a new one, but they are fun.

I hate the scale but I weigh quite often now as a test. I take a look at what I had the day before and if I have a gain I try to figure out what it is. If I have a diet cola, I will gain 2lbs, if I eat out I will gain. If I cook at home and eat portion sizes and healthy foods I have a steady loss. It might be .01 of a lb…

Thank you. Good luck to you. I went to Jenny Craig at one time so I know what you mean. I was limited because I didn't like a lot of their food. I also got 3 extra 35 calorie options and was always told I picked the wrong things. If I added olives to my salad I was throwing of my fat count and things like that.

I love the tanning bed around March to get my base tan, and the best 20 minute nap ever, but this March I was having a pre basal cell cancer removed so needless to say I didn't go. I take magnesium tablets. Fiber one cereal bars with a cup of coffe help as well as nuts and blueberries. I have struggled with this issue all of my life. I am supposed to be drinking miralax everyday, but I can't stand the texture of it.

I love their dressing, stuffed talipia, frozen French onion soup and spaghetti sauces. I bought BBQ but haven't used it yet. And their pumpkin spread. ;)
