    Just to answer a few of your questions:

    1. To the poster that does not eat 1200 calories. Eat more! I was eating around 1500 and 1800 on days when I worked out!
    2. To the poster that said "how did you do it?" Count your calories and log EVERYTHING.
    3. To the poster that asked what I'm doing for exercise... I am always changing it up... jogging, step aerobics, biking and weight training are my new regulars... 2-3 times/week.

    Thanks again for all your encouraging words! Sometimes I don't even believe it myself! :)

    Thank you...I'll pay more attention to the calories...it's summertime and I'm eating lots of vegetables from the garden that don't add up to a lot.
