I actually got to goal in May 2011 and have been wanting to get this done but the photo posting looked complicated. Hopefully this works!
My story (for those who are interested). If you're not interested, I understand
In September 2011, I was the heaviest I had ever been in my life! I was very unhappy with myself
Growing up, I was not an overweight kid or teenager. My first encounter of being overweight happened in college. I gained 15-20 lbs during my first two years in college and then lost it (quickly and unsafely) in 1 month but managed to keep it off for about 3-4 years.
Then those 15-20 lbs crept back on again... a little before my marriage and some after my marriage. At the age of 26, I joined Weight Watcher's and lost those 20 lbs AGAIN! At 28 years of age, I had a baby and gained 40 lbs! After the baby and over the last 9 years, I have gone up and down... always anywhere from 10-40 lbs overweight! But now, I am FINALLY back to pre-pregnant weight and I feel great! I lost 40 lbs in 8 months... so that's about 5 lbs per month! I love clothes shopping and seeing/hearing peoples' comments always makes me proud! So, here are my pics!
BEFORE (Sept. 2011)... around 161 lbs.
AFTER (July 2012)
Thanks for reading!

Let me jump in here. You aren't eating enough if your only eating less than 1200 calories. At that you should also be eating back your exercise calories. You body thinks its starving and won't let you lose weight. Just my certainly not an expert thoughts.0 -
Fabulous before and after pics. Quite the inspiration! Well done!0
