For a while I took the average of all three but decided to just use the HRM. MFP seems to be too high but the app seems to 'learn' or adapt so the numbers seem right after a while if that makes sense.

I could see supplements if you are lacking certain nutrients, but why meal replacement? I've seen so many people in the forums say they'd never drink their meals. Makes sense to me.

I bought one off Amazon for ~$70, I love it. When I walk up to the elliptical at the gym, it 'knows' I'm wearing the HRM and it shows HR on the machine, awesome!

Earlier models required you send the battery in to have it changed, I've changed my FT 7 batteries several times. It's very simple to do, use a quarter...it fits the slot like a glove!!

After the 30 Day Shred...which I did for 3 months...I did the Ripped in 30 video for a while and then moved on to her 6 Week 6 Pack video. I've done each level longer than she suggests, I did 6 week 6 pack levels 1 and 2 both for 6 weeks. Level 2 rocks, but I do Jumping jacks and jump ropes before and after...total 45…

There is a difference between a "glass" of water and a "cup" of water. 1 Cup = 8 oz. Most of the cups in my kitchen are larger than 1 C.

You're obviously not weighing yourself often enough. I read on the internet that people who weight at least 3 times a day loose more weight than people who watch Dr Oz daily. Maybe you could try the enema every 12 hours, too.

Maybe the quality of the sleep you are getting is a problem. Ask the Dr about the sleep apnea test.

My boss used to say, "HarlCarl sweats just clocking in..." Now I wear a stupid jacket around all day INSIDE the building. I had to buy gloves and another coat just to walk in from the parking lot. I told my wife that I wanted my insulation back!!!!

Food is fuel, if you exercise you need fuel for your body to perform. I'm sure you'll get a lot of longer winded explanations....more than you'll care to read through.
