subway chopped salad is good and wendys chili and a half salad is a good choice too. KFC grilled chicken with a side of green beans.....check the internet, there is usually at least one decent choice at most of the places

i see alot of simple carbs (not complex whole grain), fatty meats and hardly any veggies....maybe try the eggs in the am with spinach and mushrooms and some oatmeal instead of waffles and chicken or tuna with a salad in the afternoon.....try to eat a little more clean and less sodium and see how that helps your body.
