There have been days in the past when I've drunk my entire calorie allowance for the day in various forms of coffee. No more...I keep it pretty simple (coffee, cream, sugar, and the occasional Irish coffee), but do still love a good hit of sugar and caffeine every now and then!!

I gotta say...you look amazing! Way to go! I'm so impressed with your accomplishment and the changes in your progress pictures. And I hear you...those last few (or 10, or 20) pounds toward your end goal are hard. I've felt stuck for the last 6 months, but am slowly inching toward the mindset that I just need to buckle down…

I tend to drink a strong hit of coffee in the morning with stevia (a new development; it used to be cream and as much sugar as I could reasonably justify...and I'm an expert justifier), and then drink tea throughout the day. I rarely pair my tea with anything, but if I do it's usually some kind of cookie. Those tea…

I'm holding out for perfection, which MAY include, but is not limited to, money, love, and great sex. Until then, I'm doing a pretty decent job of supporting myself. Brian Kest's Power Yoga Collection is pretty great. It has three different full programs, and moves from beginner-but-challenging to OMG-I'm-Gonna-Die. As with all yoga, you bring to it whatever you have, so you can go as all-out or as conservative as you want.

Wax, or if you're a one-toe-in-the-water-at-a-time kind of girl like me, tweezers. Takes forever, but it gets the job done!

Ok...I don't disagree that there are things in the media that may make it easier for people to not feel as bad about being unhealthy, but can we agree that beautiful and healthy are two different concepts? Granted, healthy is often a component of what people find beautiful, but the post was about beauty, not health. OP,…

It is both possible AND delicious! A local restaurant has grilled PB&J on their kids menu, and I Love It. It's pure warm, melty goodness.

I learned that Maggiemuggle is smart and funny. Seriously...can we be friends?

Do you use a HRM during Bikram? I LOVE my bikram sessions, but haven't been logging them because I have absolutely no idea how much I'm burning. Tips for figuring it out?
