Yeah I'll probably just stick with Synergy or try making my own. Thanks for the responses.

@PrizePopple Yeah I realize that, I just noticed a pretty high variance in Sugars on the Nutrition Facts. So I was looking for one with low sugar.

I'm 6ft, 199 current weight, 32 years old. Technically I will be eating around 1900-2000 because i'm going to eat my exercise calories every day as well.

You're on Mr. Jacwhite22. I'll stick with 1500 calories per day.. while eating back exercise calories. That will bring me to about 1900 per day. I'm going to not change this for a month and I'll see what happens.
No. No. You don't gain muscle on a deficit. How long has it been? Odds are you are eating too much.......way too little.......or retaining water.
So should I only be doing cardio then? I have tried to eat high cal and lift and I only gained weight. Tried for about two weeks. I definitely could be…
Are you still in a deficit? Have you recalculated your TDEE now that you lost weight? If you are in a deficit, you are not building muscle....you are making the muscles you already have stronger, but the gain is minimal at best if you are new to lifting, and 0 if you are an experienced lifter. 2 Months of plateau…

I don't.. this would be extremely helpful because like I said.. I see a change in the mirror, just not on the scale. Do you calculate this yourself? Can my doctor check something like this for me? I don't want to pay 24 Hour Fitness hundreds of dollars for a trainer..

I lift 3 days a week and do cardio the other 3 days.

Seriously.. anything? Help!

I use the Fuelband and will occasionally use the Nike+ Running app to track runs. The Fuelband has nothing to do with the Nike+ Running App that comes with your iPhone. It is a separate system that only tracks your amount of movement throughout the day. Use the Nike+ Running app to track your runs / walks. You don't need…

Please add me to the group. Current Weight: 199 Goal by Christmas: 179

Bring your workout clothes with you every day. Change at the gym. Workout immediately after work, don't even let yourself go home. It's amazing how much energy you'll have for the rest of the evening.

I haven't taken measurements yet, but that reminds me I need to buy some measuring tape. I've definitely noticed changes in the mirror.

Come on! More people respond please..

Thank you zachatta! I am asking because I am still confused about how I should be working this thing. I've logged every day for 150 days as well. Thought I could help clear the fog by seeing what others are doing. I'll fill it out myself: Starting Weight: 222 Current Weight: 196 Goal Weight: 175 Daily Calorie Goal: It's…

Well I guess an update of sorts would be I decided 2300 was too high for me. I have now dropped down to 1800. I burn about 400 calories when I work out 6 days a week so technically I'm about where MFP tells me to be. So far nothing crazy on the scale.. 1lb in the last week. I have started weight training 3 days a week and…

Thanks for the resource Weezoh. Still a little crazy to me the difference between the MFP numbers and the Scooby Calculator numbers. Scooby (the one that all these Eat More to Weight Less people use) says I should be eating about 1000 more calories than MFP does. 1000?!?!??! Why would MFP miscalculate to that extent?

I've been between 202 and 198 for the last THREE MONTHS. I've switched up calorie intake (tried less, tried more) workout routine (weight training three days a week and running three days a week). Nothing is working. I guess I'll keep trying different approaches until something catches on. Seems like someone is playing a…

Why did I ask this question two days ago and not get ONE single reply. This has four pages of reply's. Thanks guys.

Wow.. so much debate about this on here, but no one has actually tried it?

This woman has it figured out. 12,000 calories!

You seem to be about the same size / goal as me and I'm looking for a little more guidance after a long plateau. What did you set your calorie goal at when you were in the bulk of losing? Did you not eat your exercise calories back during this time as well? Thanks for any info..

Bonjour tout le monde.
