Starting Weight: 139.8lbs
Current Weight: 130.8lbs
Goal Weight : 121lbs (around 8% to 10% body fat)
Daily Calorie Goal: 1345 to 1550
Exercise Calories: About 250 a day
Do you eat back exercise calories? Only half.
Do you lift? Was. Taking a small break while I work on getting my sleeping schedule back in order.
Are you losing at a steady rate? No. Stalled. Lowered cals, upped cals, upped exercise, stopped exercise. Stayed the same weight for 2 months. Determined problem is most likely due to enjoying alcohol too late in the evening and disrupting my sleep. Prolonged lack of sleep.0 -
Starting Weight 360
Current Weight 259
Goal Weight 180
Daily Calorie Goal 1750
Exercise Calories - 700 to 1000 cals 3 x a week
Do you eat back exercise calories? No
Do you lift? Yes I lift for 45 mins followed by 30-60 mins of cardio 3x a week
Are you losing at a steady rate? Yes. I've stopped and started many times throughout but when I'm sticking to it I'm losing regularly.
Have you taken any measurements during these 150 days? You could be packing on muscle and still be losing fat... fwiw0 -
OK, I am 39, but close.
Starting Weight: 276
Current Weight: 208
Goal Weight: 190
Daily Calorie Goal: 1870
Exercise Calories: 600-800 5x per week
Do you eat back exercise calories? Most days.
Do you lift? yes, 3x per week
Are you losing at a steady rate? Generally 1 lb/wk, but sometimes more or less. Slowed down of late, but can visually see muscle gain and also have to keep buying smaller clothes.0 -

I haven't taken measurements yet, but that reminds me I need to buy some measuring tape. I've definitely noticed changes in the mirror.0 -
Starting Weight: 215
Current Weight: 177
Goal Weight: 175
Daily Cal Goal: Started at 1550 now at 1740
Exercise Cal: I don't keep the strictest track, but around 700cal 4-5 a week
Do you eat back exercise Cal: Depends on what I did for exercise. If I lift before cardio I try to make up for muscle building. If I only do cardio I do not.
Do you lift?: Yes, 4-6 days a week. And days I do I try to finish my workout with 15-30min cardio.
Are you losing at a steady rate?: I was, then stopped. Recently changed diet and workouts so started to lose again. If I slow my weight loss I change up my routine for diet and gym to shock my body into a better fat burning mode. Increasing my daily cal goal has actually helped my lose another 5+lbs and keep building muscle.0
