Thank you all! I reset my loss per week to 0.5lbs. My deficit is now 1390. I will report back April 3 to let you all know how things are going.

Height 5ft2 SW: 163 CW: 146-147 GW: Under 138 My ultimate goal is to be 138 by June. I know it sounds like I should be 138 by April or May but my weight lose has plateaued for over a month now. I have faith that I will reach my goal by June.

I weigh once a week. How often do you plan to take your measurements? Measurement taking may fit your personalality better. Sometimes you lose inches even when the scale doesn't move. Good luck!

I walked for 20 minutes on my lunch break.

My NSV came yesterday. I tried on a shirt that I have not worn since 2009 or 2008 and it fit great!!! Also, I went to dinner with my friends and they were all like "You look great". Compliments are always NSV's to me.

I am 5'1 1/2. I think the ideal weight would be anywhere from 115-135. My first goal weight is 145. Once I hit my goal I am going to try to get to 135. I also believe it's what weight you think you look best at. I happen to like having curves. Starting weight-163

I cut back on fried foods and started walking 30 minutes 3 days a week.

Hi, I am 5'1.5. I joined MFP in March.I have loss 14lbs so far. I think I could have lost more by now but I travel with my job and lets just say I have to many cheat days. My goal was to lose 20lbs. Now I would like to lose 25-30 lbs. All in all I am very happy with the loss. Sorry my start weight was 163 now I am 149.

Hey! I am 5'1.5. I like to add the half. I started at 163 Iam now 152 My goal is 145 but I would LOVE to be 135-140. I said if I ever get down to 145 I will never complain about my weight again.

Yesssss!!!! No one can make you eat unhealthy or feed your kids unhealthy meals. When I eat hot wings its because I wanted them.

YES!!!! The week before my cycle I gain 2-4 pounds. The week of my cycle I lose my expected one pound a week.

I was wondering if my BC was affecting my weight loss.. I do notice I lose more weight the week of my cycle.

I am also a mother of two boys. My youngest is two. With the help of MFP I have reached my prepreg weight of 155. I want to get down to 140. I would like to look like I did on my wedding day.(when I thought I was fat)

No, she is not right!!!! I started MFP 3/4/2014. So far I have lost 7lbs and I am very proud. You should should feel amazeing. Next month you will be 10 pounds lighter. Sounds Like you are doing a great job. Keep it up!
