Is it to late to join? I really need to cut out fast food. I keep telling myself that subway is not fast food but once you add everything up the calories and sodium in some of the sandwichs are not worth it.

I would go for their Chicken Tikka or Tandoir Chicken both are good and on the lower cal. side. If you do decide to have naan (indian bread) ask for them to hold the butter. It will save you some calories and the naan is made out of whole wheat floor in most cases.

You can always eat something with high protein but low sugars and fat. Fruit is never good to eat before bedtime because it contains natural sugars. The natural sugars are good for an afternoon boost. If you eat fruit before bed , the sugars are being stored which is never a good thing. I asked my nutrition specialist this…
