If you go to the goals section on MFP and type in everything you just wrote it will tell you exactly what you need to gain weight. And once you get there it will tell you how much to maintain. You could always find a tracker online that you feel more comfortable with and then manually enter those exercise calories on here. I like this website: http://www.fatburn.com/free_tool_activity_burn.asp Has more exercise options than mfp

^^exactly what she said. Counting calories can be an anorexic's worst nightmare so be easy on yourself. It's ok to go a few over :) I'm a binge eater in recovery...69 days binge free....feel free to add me too!

Binging is a state of mind that the first poster described..it's not going over/under calories.

I'm a binge eater also. I go to therapy for it and have been binge free for 53 days :) I add more complex carbs to my food plan the week before my period starts. About 300 calories worth extra. It helps alot. I also don't do cheat days..it's too dangerous for me. You are welcome to add me as a friend :)
