Well if your body is telling you that you are still hungry then yes...you need to eat more.

I'm a recovering binge eater. I go to therapy once a week. It really has to do with why you are binging. Food is your drug instead of alcohol and our brains react with food by not turning on the on/off switch that most people have so we binge. You need to get to the core of your problems. A good protein flour is garbanzo bean flour. High in protein and you can cook anything with it.

If you are eating that low then your body goes into starvation mode to protect itself. You need to eat more to lose weight.

Since you are so active bump it up to 1500 calories...with a couple pieces of fruit or something healthy. Your metabolism might need to realign.

I think you look fine but if your doctor wants you to go lower for your bmi then that might be a good idea. Are you nervous that your weight loss is almost over?

You need to eat more. If you don't eat enough for your body size then your body goes into starvation mode..which means no weight loss. Eat at least 1600 a day. No less than.
