20 to 25 pounds is very attainable if your willing to use discipline (NO CHEAT DAYS) and exercise :) its hard but you can do it

I can't realistically give up foods... I just have learned portion control and not to eat them often. If i gave them up I would eat them one day and from experience its a down hill spiral. You can actually make your own ketchup. It literally is water, vinegar and water for the most part. The adds like sugar and salt are mainly preservatives. I think making it tastes better. Maybe look for a recipe online?
