    Mine is scramble eggs with vegatable medley on whole wheat wrap also enjoying my black cafe and medium apple.

    buckwheat porridge with walnuts and some maple syrup :D

    tomorrow I am going to try it with PB and sultanas!!

    FUN (other variations I am scheming include pepitas and cranberries, banana with some cheeky choc chips or grated apple, walnut and sultana for a bit of a classier meal :P )

    hard boiled eggs too HALF the yoke mixed with .5 tbs of miracle whip light and mustard and then made deviled eggs :) it was ummy and drank lots of water :)

  • For the first time I had a Jimmy Deans D-Lights Canadian Bacon Honey Wheat Muffin, and a cup of coffee of course. My daughter has been eating these muffins for a couple of weeks and I finally decided to try one, I have to say it was pretty good. Normally eat Quaker Oatmeal or Special K Vanilla/Almond Cereal with skim milk.

    For the past week now...I have been eating a turkey sandwich....just wheat bread and 6 thin slices of turkey......soduim is too high...but that is what I have a taste for....need to move on to something else pretty quick~~~

    Steel Cut Oats with ground flax seed, crushed pecans, raisins, cinnamon, and vanilla Greek yogurt. It is like eating dessert for breakfast!

    McCann's quick-cooking Irish oatmeal, with cinnamon and sliced strawberries on top. And then half of a toasted whole-wheat English muffin with apricot preserves. Two glasses of water.

    I had 3 egg whites with mushrooms, cilantro and a pinch of jack cheese in a whole wheat tortilla. Roughly 300 calories but a good solid breakfast.
