I understand what you are saying. I have been going to the gym also for five weeks, 3-4 time per week and working out for over 90 minutes each time. I try to vary my exercise every few days between, biking ( 5-6 mile), walking (2-3 miles) or jogging/ walking on a track (1 - 2 miles). That helps keep me motivated.

I am a male and I walk/run 3.5 miles at an average pace of 14 minutes. My total calorie burn is around 350 for the total distance, so it would be about 115-120 calories per mile depending on your speed and distance. If that helps.

Keep working hard and stay committed and you will get to your goal. I have found that just going for a 30 minute walk helps me to lose weight. I am sure you are working harder than that. Good luck.:flowerforyou:
