depends... there are fat soluble vitamins and water soluble... too much water soluble and you just pee them out... highly improbable to develop an excess... too much fat soluble... and they will be stored in your fat and you can have problems...

was there an initial injury or did it just appear randomly?

First off you weren't forced... You chose... Second... If you are under your calories it's ok... I eat stuff all the time that most people consider "bad"... But I'm not on a diet... So nothing is bad... I just live with moderation

what everyone else said AND... make sure that you are using measuring cups to measure... 1 ladle isn't always 1 cup (my big ladle is about 1.5 cup and my small one is about 0.75 so when I use the big one I count it as 1.75 and count the small one as 1 because of overfilling... but I measured them to find out for sure…

haven't read all the replies yet... but I wanted to reply to this one... I have a friend who is in her last semester of getting a bachelors in kinesthiology (not sure I spelled it right) and she offers her services (as an unregistered trainer and she is very upfront about not yet being registered or degreed) to fellow…

I do not have to be the…

I generally listen to a sermon on podcast while weight training... I have three or four that I like to listen to... I generally listen to praise/worship music during cardio... and sometimes on the walking trails I get weird looks because I bust into song and lift my hands... I forget I am out "in public"... but I just roll…

YAY! (although it isn't quite 7am here... I haven't even had breakfast... seems early for lunch) I am stuck on the couch due to a broken foot... wishing I could have a physical workout... a friend of mine is trying to convince me to write a book... a mental workout may be in order ;)
-
it always makes me feel like a million bucks to bust out some hard workout... although writing in verses.... is a mental workout for me lol :flowerforyou:

I recommend seeing a doc... could be a simple injury that would go away with rest... or it could be something much more severe... you don't want to risk the "much more severe" on your knees... those are VITAL to being able to walk for the rest of your life :)
-
if you are worried about it you can ask your doc to check your levels... simple blood test (not even a fasting one)... and being low CAN impact energy levels... but since you said you are veggie I would guess it is more likely to be iron or B vit deficiency... BUT... always talk to your doc :) if you are concerned :)

there seems to be this sinus thing running rampant through my area... being really low on net calories can make you more susceptible to illness... I can't see your diary so I can't offer suggestions there...

sodium is used in the heart... high or low sodium can cause arrhythmia (bad rhythms)... it can also cause mental imbalances (in the elderly who have sudden onset mental changes the first thing we look for is their sodium...) in young healthy people who eat normally (or what normal SHOULD be) there is probably little risk…

for me... they are different at different times... one day it might be emotional... one day it might be boredom... one day it might be because I want to... I evaluate myself whenever I am "hungry" to determine if I am actually hungry... if so I eat... it is another reason I figure out what and deal with the reason... right…

the week I had my daughter I lost 28#.... but I don't think that's what you meant... aside from giving birth... I have had some weeks where I was ill and lost 8-10

I quit making goals that pertain to weight a while back and focus on fitness goals... the plateaus don't affect me as much psychologically any more...

anemia isn't always caused by a deficiency in diet... it can be caused by other deficiencies (b-12 for example) or it can be an deficiency in how your body metabolizes things... it can also happen around or just after TOM... (I actually used to become so anemic with TOM that they considered blood transfusions monthly...…
