Yeah ive lost 100lbs since January this year and I hit a wall and l cant seem to get around it. Be on a plateu for about 4 weeks now.

What About 30 mins of Cardio, 20-25 mins of Weights, then 30 more mins of cardio? Thats what Ive been doing. I like to ride the bike at the gym this week I also got the little 3 lb dumbbells and do curls with those during my first 30 mins really gets my heart rate going.:bigsmile:

I got a Wii and play the sports resort at least 2-3 times a week for about a hour but I dont have a Wii fit cuz im to heavy still to be able to use the board. I am going to get a HRM here soon.

I think so, if not im in the same boat you are. I wore size 12w or 13 now that ive lost 52 lbs i can wear size 11w. P.S my tracker says 37 lbs but thats just from when I started MFP, (I lost 15 lbs before)

My Wife is Kinda like that, She is very happy when I first tell her, but then when I go in to the closet and try on some cloths I havnt been able to wear in a while and fit into them finally im like oh yeah and she is like yep and walks off. lol
