I was excited to see the lasting effect of working out. Also the dairy thing was new...I'll have to think about drinking some milk or eating some cottage cheese...hrm....

Excellent information. I will have to incorporate "the science" of these wonderful tips into what I'm currently doing. I really was blown away about what happens when you eat dairy products. Anyone want a piece of lowcal/lite cheese/dairy/milk as a snack? Cool!0
