i eat 1200 calories a day, run 6miles a day and lift, and that works for me. my dr has had me on 1200 cals for awhile now. didn't care at first now i do. started running and now that is helping me lose more weight.

my now 4yr old got an ipad for christmas from his great grandma last year. great learning tool for him. i teach him at home as well, but some of the learning apps, help. he's well advanced for preschool, as his teachers told me.

my doctor has me on 1200 calories a day. and i'm doing just fine. i eat chicken, fruits veggies, water .i've lost 26 lbs since july since she put me on it. i don't fee like i'm starving at all. plus i exercise 7days a week walking and jogging 5miles, lifting. and i'm fine. you learn to adjust.

I never force my 4yr old to eat something he don't like. But then again, he will eat almost anything. He love's rice, carrots, apples, lettuce. so he doesn't want to eat when i do, i let him tell me when he's hungry.

I walk all the time. Lost and then gained it back. Now i'm back on track, and I have lost 18lbs since I started back up in July, taking my ACE, walking, doing other exercises, and eating right. but I mostly walk.

I loe the 30day shred!! Just wish I coudl do it right now. but i had a tooth pulled, so i can't right now, and plus I injuried my neck and back sleeping. hopefully i can do ti tomorrow. i saw results right away when I was doing it.

my fiance loves me!! he's getting me lemon rice soup from my fave place. and it come's with some rolls. gonna put that in the soup to get soft, and eat it!!! LOVE HIM!!!!

I really don't have any pain..my jaw is just swollen really bad. I've been eating yogurt and pudding all day. But then again, i was the drs with my son all afternoon. So, I just ate what i could soft at the hospital. I am really craving though chicken lemon rice soup.

i've used an heart rate monitor. i didn't do it today, and can't for the next few days..i've had a tooth pulled today. but i love it..u feel and see effects after the first week

Ground Turkey is all we use in this house. I use it in Spaghetti, Chili, for Taco meat, meatloaf, i make burgers out of it. When I use the ground turkey to make burgers, i season it with some dry mustard, a little pepper, mix it together, and there ya go!!!! Ground Turkey is so much healthier!!!

I totally understand where you are coming from. it depends on the the brand. like if i get my jeans from lane bryant..i'm in one size, but if i get them from Target, i'm 3sizes smaller at target!!! which i love!!!! it all depends on the brand and style
