Martha's Garden Salad

This salad is soooo delicious and incredibly filling. I can usually only eat about 3/4 of a serving because it fills you up so fast!
Averaged at 450 calories per serving, this salad is one of my all time favorites!

-Equal parts of baby spinach and spring mix (always dark leafy greens)
-Crumbled feta
-Chopped apple
-Sliced raw almonds
-Dried cranberries
-Boneless skinless chicken breast shredded
-Raspberry vineigarette to taste (the less the better)

The spinach is chuck full of fiber and then mix that with the protein in the cheese and chicken and nuts and you will find yourself filling up fast. Very satisfying and you won't feel hungry again for hours plus all those fresh ingredients are just plush with vitamins and minerals. Enjoy!
