CHICKEN BISCUITS!!!! Gah, I miss being in the south, I live in California now and they look at me like I'm crazy when I ask for one! Starbucks actually has a really yummy egg white and veggie wrap that is around 290 calories I think. You got this :)

I agree. Eat more, it sounds counterintuitive but when I upped my calories the weight came off so much easier.

This is totally me! If I'm shaking my head as I log it, it was proabably a binge. Last night, I let myself get too hungry and ate Taco Bell and chocolate bananas! Granted I only had 2 items at Taco Bell and the old me would have had 3 or 4. I consider it progress!

Motivation is fleeting fo rme too! I have to grab on when I can. I try and tell lots of people about my goals so that I have some accountability. Also, make it fun. I just started Insanity on Saturday. I could *barely* do one with good form so I've just been doing regular push-ups (on my knees too- I've got a really weak upper body right now). I'm just doing what I can and trying to keep my heart rate high for as long as possible!

I agree with rest days and maybe eating more. I had the same expereince of being really tired when I first got consistent but I just kept at it. Also, TOM can influence that too. Have fun!

Same as here. And I always count it as "light". Hey some days that is all you have time for and I'm set to sedentary activity level.

I used to always read, if you are hungry drink water and wait 30 minutes and see if you are still hungry. I always thought this was total BS. I tried it and it really does work!
