PS: I second those who say not to boil! This was also how my mother made them, so I hated them growing up!!! Boiled, served with vinegar. Gross.

I just discovered these at my local Whole Foods. Absolutely delicious!!! I cannot believe they are only 16 calories a piece.

They count. They count. You are better off for eating them, and they are not the same as all other calories when you compare their nutritional value to a bag of chips. But they count. I wish they didnt.
