Hello all! Today July 2nd marks the beginning of my journey! I NEED help and motivation. Spent Canada Day yesterday with my family and had a scary feeling of "oh my god I can't keep up and I'm so hot I can't do this". Just walking around a public place and the. To a baseball game. Once sitting at the game I realized how hot I was and had to get a drink so I could try to cool off. I am 5' 11" and I weigh 228 lbs. I want to lose weight so I can go out and look great as well as feel great. Our kids are 20 and 17 and I want to set a goal to be healthy and weigh less for their upcoming graduations next year (from high school and university) any motivational tips anyone can give me would be great. I also need snacking ideas. I'm terrible at snacking on crackers or cookies. Looking forward to hearing from you!!!
