My name is Tammy. My weight loss journey is simple. I have yoyoed most of my adult like from 20-30 lbs. 2 years ago wAs at the height of my weight loss journey. I was fit and strong. I had one life problem after another and it took its toll on me and I had gained 30lbs. Which may not seem like a lot but with my metabolism it is difficult to loose. I started my diet last July and have lost 20lbs but I have more to go. I was on a roll and fell back to my old ways when I went on vacation. I went nuts and ate and drank a ton and now I am wearing it on my hips butt and thighs. Very discouraging but I will not give up. I just recently joined golds gym and doing less mills body pump n body combat n body attack n spin classes. I'm totally in and getting my life back in control. Anyone else want to do this with me. The last 15 are the hardest but not impossible
