Started today, too! I did it last year, lost 4 pounds and 4 inches and felt better about myself. I weigh a lot more than I did then and I'm really depressed about it. So, starting today... changing my diet and already completed day 1 of the 30DS. Let's do this! :)

I have six kids and it's REALLY hard to get the time I need to take care of myself. I have weeks that I get exercise in 5 or 6 days a week, then other weeks where I get NONE. I'd be willing to give it a go! Been meaning to cut back for the last few months, and it seems like every day that I say I'm going to take a break from drinking, I either end up in a social situation where everyone's drinking or I have a really bad day and want a drink to unwind. So, here's to No Alcohol November! ;)
