I was having the same problem. Hungry 24/7 even just 20 min after eating. My doc said that this can happen by drinking at the same time we eat. The stomach will empty too fast which will send signals too the brain that your hungry/starving. He suggested not drinking 45 min before/after I eat. This actually worked to solve…

My suggestion would be to get rid of all those sweets so that if you do eat when sleep walking you only have healthier options available.

Make sure you eat some protein around 30 min after you exercise. This will give you energy plus it will help promote muscle and burn fat. Yogurt is always a good choice.

I make a habit of ordering a la cart (off the menu) when I go out to eat now. I might order a 4oz steak by itself or a single taco instead of ordering a full meal. I haven't been to a restaurant yet that hasn't let me do this.

One of the best things that helped me was giving up all carbonated and sugary drinks. I pretty much got into the habit of just drinking water with the occasional hot cup of tea. I tried a sip of my hubby's soda the other day and it didn't even taste anything like I remembered. It tasted weird.
