Sometimes I feel like a dunce student with 10 teachers all telling me something different & expecting me to get something - anything - right. :/ So even though I'm incorporating exercise, which I haven't done in almost 20 years, it won't help me lose weight. Yeah, I'm trying to figure out a mantra to that effect. "Try, try again" is so very schoolmarm. "If at first you don't succeed" reminds me of the soccer coach who told me to get my fat carcass off his field. And I know my mom's favorite saying won't work: "Have another piece of pie."
